Hello TO all those irreverent and irradiated!
Welcome to the beginning of our monthly newsletters, a place for us to look back and reflect on the month behind, and to prepare for the time ahead. Thank you to all of those that are here.
Last month was a milestone marker for us! With the money you helped us raise at the Rocket City Dog Bar, Maggie Meyer's, and Tim's Cajun Kitchen, we have officially raised the funds needed to record our very first EP!!! This will be our very first time recording in a REAL studio as a band, and we're so excited for it to come in October! BIG thank you to Robert Fox and his eponymously named studio, Silver Fox Studio, and to ALL of our venues we've played in the past, and most of all, YOU, our fans!
A LOT happened this month!
Deke tried to keep it subtle, but if anybody noticed... he's given himself an upgrade! Bigger and Bolder. Skeleton included!
We upgraded a lot of things!!! You might've seen our new trailer rolling along at our shows! Our guitarist, Spencer's guitar, has been out of commission, and he has used one of the SEVEN NEW GUITARS (Thanks Patti's Dad, Tom) we've acquired in lieu of his own.
We debuted a handful of new songs, including our newest original song, Echoes of Dust! At the same show, our bassist, Kevin played most of the show with a fretless bass for the first time! (Not planned) Nevermind about necessity! :)
The future is just as exciting. On Saturday September 5th, we've been invited to Last Chance up in Ardmore to shed a little chaos, and the week after on the 12th we're taking Voodoo Lounge back for a night. We're so excited for you all to be with us!
Before we leave you, we have important information regarding an event that may or may not hold relevance. Thanks everybody, and we'll see you in September!

NOTICE — RECENTLY DECLASSIFIED MATERIAL
Documents long held under government seal have recently come to light concerning an occurrence referred to only as THE INCIDENT. The files contain reports, photographs, technical drawings, and heavily redacted personnel records. Several bear the warning: NOT FOR PUBLIC RELEASE.
What happened remains unclear. Names are missing. Dates conflict. Entire pages have been removed. Most curious of all, Deke appears in the record. Selected materials will be made public as the investigation continues. Until then, citizens are advised to remain calm—and report anything unusual.
More information is available on The Incident Page

"There are no bad ideas. There are only ideas that require a larger exclusion area."
